Following the partnership with FC Servette, the Education 4 Peace team implements a training and a coaching program on the field toward the coaching team to use the Relational Compass. Developed by its founder, Mark Milton, this approach aims to introduce a culture of self-awareness within the team to promote well-being and performance. It invites the players and the coach to become aware of the quality of relationship within the team at different times during training and matches. It also allows them to create a sharing space facilitated by the coach.
